Celena Morgan

There’s nothing more rewarding to me than seeing someone feel and move better. I love hearing how that carries into their daily life, whether that’s waking up with less tension, getting through a workday more comfortably, or moving without constantly thinking about pain.

After working through chronic elbow pain that once made me question becoming a massage therapist, I became really interested in approaches that don’t rely on force, but instead work with the body. That experience shaped how I treat others. It shifted how I see pain, because where you feel it isn’t always where it starts. That’s something I keep in mind in every session.

My treatments are calm, focused, and collaborative. I prioritize helping your nervous system settle and take a whole-body approach rather than chasing one area of discomfort. I use a mix of myofascial release, cupping, Swedish massage, and Dolphin NeuroStim. Most people leave feeling looser, more at ease, and more connected to their body.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find me hiking with my Irish Setter, Jasper, backcountry camping, diving into anything related to the subconscious mind, or cooking for the people I love (I used to be a private chef, so feeding people is kind of my thing).
