Mesken Gummussoy
Physiotherapy Resident
I believe every healing journey is a path of possibility—full of growth, breakthroughs, and moments that reveal your true strength. My mission is to walk beside you through every step, empowering you, lifting you up, and keeping your focus on the goals that matter most. My greatest joy comes from seeing you rediscover your potential and return to the activities and passions that light up your life.
Many people come to me with pain, stiffness, or movement limitations that hold them back from living fully. Whether you are an athlete striving to get back on the field, parent eager to play with their kids, or someone simply hoping to move freely in daily life, my focus is always understanding your unique story. I take the time to identify the root cause of the issue, not just your symptoms, and create a plan that fits who you are and what you want to achieve.
When we work together, I take a hands-on, individualized approach designed just for you. My goal is not only to relieve discomfort, but also to restore functional movement and make everyday activities feel easier and more enjoyable. By the end of each session, I want you to leave feeling stronger, more mobile, and confident in your ability to keep progressing.

In his sessions he incoporates various treatments such as hands-on muscle release, craniosacral therapy, cupping and graston fascial release depending on your unique needs. For continued healing outside the clinic, he will teach you potent recuperation strategies like targetted stretches, mobility progressions and functional exercises, while also educating you on how to optimize your environment at work or home. Julia Juhas
Physiotherapy Assistant
Julia is a professional performing artist, Embodied Mindful Movement Coach + Certified Yoga Teacher with over 25yrs experience as a practitioner and guide. She completed her Yoga Teacher training in 2015 at the highly regarded Esther Myers Yoga Studio (EMYS) in Toronto where she currently teaches a variety of classes and workshops.
In the middle of Julia’s career as a professional dancer and music theatre performer, she suffered two devastating events; a rare knee injury and a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Both impacted her basic functionality of movement and almost ended her career as a dancer. These events inspired Julia to shift her approach to movement and yoga to explore a practice that offers more sustainability, functionality, mobility and longevity. Discovering this profound ability to heal through somatic integration, imagery, breath & embodied mindful movement is exactly what inspired Julia’s passion for helping others unravel their tension and pain to live and move with ease.
Her approach is unique in nature. It’s meditation in motion, a deep nervous system massage; slow, gentle, embodied and mindful. It invites those who apply her approach to develop a practice of patience, encouraging the practitioner to go at their own pace and explore and discover the unique language of their body and patterns of holding that impede the way they function on a daily basis.
